AI Learning Consultant Network – Selection & Certification Process
At AILCN, we believe becoming a certified AI Learning Consultant should feel earned, not automatic. That’s why our process is intentionally selective, rigorous, and mission-driven.
Here's How it Works
Step 1
Interest & Initial Screening
You reply to one of our posts, messages, or apply expressing interest in joining the AI Learning Consultant Network.
We review all submissions—but only extend interviews to the individuals we believe show strong alignment with our mission, values, and vision for AI-powered learning leadership.
Step 2
Face-to-Face Interview (Selective)
Selected candidates are invited to a face-to-face interview—a rare opportunity to speak directly with the program director and leadership team.
These interviews allow us to assess:
• Your vision and commitment
• Your ethical alignment
• Your readiness to contribute to a movement—not just complete a course
Step 3
Invitation to Apply
After a successful interview, select individuals receive a formal invitation to apply.
This includes:
• A link to complete your online orientation
• An agreement to acknowledge the Official AILCN Charter
• A full overview of membership tiers and benefits
Step 4
Final Application Review
Once your application is submitted, our team conducts a final review and vetting process. If approved, you will be officially admitted as a Candidate for Certification.
Step 5
90-Day Training Window
You’ll have up to 90 days to complete the certification training in your selected tier (Certified Professional, Consultant, or Consultant Plus).
Each track includes:
• Training modules, toolkits, and exercises
• Strategic assignments to build your consulting offer
• Access to Learnfinity tools and content platforms
Step 6
Final Exam & Certification
To complete your certification, you must successfully pass the final exam, demonstrating applied understanding of the frameworks, tools, and ethical standards of AILCN.
Upon passing, you receive:
• Your official digital certificate and badge
• Placement in the public directory
• Charter Member status (if certified in 2025)
• Access to our Leads Program, affiliate commissions, and additional professional privileges
